EVALUATING ON-THE-JOB PERFORMANCE SKILL OF CALL-TAKERS/DISPATCHER
November 17-18, 2008
An all-new seminar designed for communication center directors and supervisors with focus on methodologies and techniques that might be utilized in assessing and/or evaluating the job performance of call-takers and dispatchers. Topics to be covered during this program include: (1) review of determining pre-employment qualifications; (2) job task analysis; (3) probationary period for new hires; (4) formal in-service training for new personnel; (5) developing and implementing a structured training program; (6) evaluating experienced personnel; (7) agency evaluation review; (8) anchor points; (9) assessing future supervisors. Seminar will be conduct November 17-18, 2008 on the campus of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida with the exact location noted on your confirmation letter. Class will be in session 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each program day.

FEE:
$295 per person. Agencies enrolling three or more personnel in this program are entitled to claim a 15% team discount.
