EVALUATING UNIT SUBORDINATES: A SEMINAR FOR FIRST-LINE SUPERVISORS
May 27-28, 2009
A two-day program which discusses the role performance evaluation plays in the success and development of an organization and review of principles centering around using effective appraisal methods. It will identify problems and special areas of concern regarding employee performance assessment. The overall objective of the seminar will be to provide information in an understandable manner so participants will be able to relate the information presented to their real life day-to-day experiences with subordinates which will allow for increased levels of quality personnel productivity. This seminar is highly recommended for new first-line supervisors and/or those persons who have had no previous formal instruction on the topic.

DATE/LOCATION/TIME: Seminar will be conducted May 27-28, 2009 at the Mercer County Police Academy Satellite Facility, Dempster Fire Training Center, 350 Lawrence Station Road, Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Class will be in session 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.daily.

FEE: $295 per person . Agencies enrolling three or more personnel in this program are entitled to claim a 15% team discount.
