EVALUATING CALL-TAKER / DISPATCHER JOB SKILL

An all-new seminar designed for communication center directors and supervisors with focus on methodologies and techniques that might be utilized in assessing and/or evaluating the job performance of call-takers and dispatchers. Topics to be covered during this program include: (1) review of determining pre-employment qualifications; (2) job task analysis; (3) probationary period for new hires; (4) formal in-service training for new personnel; (5) developing and implementing a structured training program; (6) evaluating experienced personnel; (7) agency evaluation review; (8) anchor points; (9) assessing future supervisors

DATE/LOCATION/TIME: Seminar will be conducted February 2-3, 2009 at the MBTA Transit Police Training Academy, 85 Sea Street in Quincy, Massachusetts. Class will be in session 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..each day.

FEE: $295 per person. Agencies enrolling three or more personnel in this program may claim a 15% team discount.

REGISTRATION: Complete the attached registration form and return it with your check or purchase order no later than January 25, 2009. If you find you cannot attend, you must notify Benchmark Professional Seminars, Inc. in writing by the same January 25, 2009 date, otherwise a refund is not possible.The same would apply if no payment has been submitted, but a letter or registration form noting intent on attending the program. We confirm all registrations by fax. If you failed to receive such confirmation that you are enrolled in the class, be sure to call us at (302) 654-9091 at least five (5) days prior to the opening session of the program to definitely confirm you are enrolled in the class.
